Field Monitors & Recorder Rentals

Valley Tech’s field monitor and recorder rentals give a video crew accurate on-set monitoring and direct-to-media recording for shoots across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. The Convergent Design Odyssey 7 OLED Monitor delivers a true-black OLED reference image for checking exposure, focus, and color on location, while the Atomos Shogun 4K Monitor/Recorder pairs monitoring with ProRes and RAW recording straight off the camera’s clean HDMI or SDI output, useful when internal camera recording isn’t enough for the deliverable. Both units travel with our camera packages on corporate video shoots, interviews, and multi-camera event coverage, giving the operator a large, color-accurate reference screen and a reliable external recording path in one unit. Our crew sets up and operates this monitoring and recording gear alongside the rest of the camera package on site. Request a quote for your production. Monitoring and recording on-site?
