Valley Tech’s voting equipment rentals give conferences, AGMs, and member meetings across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland a wireless system for live polling and recorded votes. The setup pairs the RCRF-03 Response Card, a handheld wireless card each participant uses to cast a vote, with the RRRF-02 Receiver for RCRF-03 Voting Card, which collects every card’s signal and tallies results in real time. It’s built for moments where a show of hands isn’t precise or auditable enough, such as bylaw votes, board elections, and formal resolutions at an annual general meeting, giving organizers a defensible record of the outcome. Our crew sets up the receiver, distributes and collects the response cards, and runs the system through the vote so meeting chairs can move straight from a motion to a result without manual counting.
