Conference & Meeting Equipment, From Our Own Inventory
Every meeting we cover is built from gear we own and maintain — specified, tested, and backed by our crew, not sub-rented sight-unseen.
Audio. Shure MX412 and MX418 gooseneck microphones for podiums and panel tables, Shure UR4D and Sennheiser wireless handheld and lavalier systems for multi-presenter sessions, and a Midas M32 or Behringer Wing console mixing it to clean, intelligible speech. For reinforcement that disappears into the room rather than dominating it, we favour column arrays like the Bose L1 Compact and Electro-Voice Evolve 50.
Vision. Christie LW751i 7,500-lumen projection onto Fast-Fold front- or rear-projection screens from 6×10 up to 9×16 — or an LED video wall when ambient light calls for it. BirdDog P200 and P400 PTZ cameras capture panels and keynotes for the record, for overflow rooms, or for a streamed feed.
The room. Acrylic lecterns, Logitech and Perfect Cue slide control at the podium, electronic voting and response-card systems for AGMs and shareholder meetings, and 50A-to-200A power distribution sized to the ballroom.
Because we also run the staging, lighting, power, and stream, the whole conference is planned as one system — not a pile of boxes that arrives the morning of.
