Concert and Festival Production Across the Lower Mainland

Outdoor and large-scale live events carry a different kind of risk than a ballroom gala — weather, site power, crowd size, load-in windows measured in hours not days. Get the technical production wrong and it’s not a quiet fix backstage — it’s visible to the whole crowd. Valley Tech brings full-scale sound, lighting, staging, and power to concerts and festivals across the Lower Mainland, so the production holds up for the size of audience you’re actually drawing.

01 — Sound & lighting

Sound and lighting built for scale

Concert and festival audio and lighting aren’t a scaled-up version of a conference-room setup — different coverage patterns, different rigging, different power draw.

We bring concert-grade sound reinforcement scaled to the venue and crowd, moving lights and LED wash for stage looks, and crews who specialize in outdoor, large-venue production.

02 — Staging & rigging

A stage built for the site, not the other way around

We supply modular staging — including Stageline mobile stage platforms and indoor/outdoor stage builds — sized and configured to the site, not a one-size-fits-all setup.

Add truss and rigging for lighting and sound positions, built to the load your show actually needs.

03 — Power & crew

Power and one crew, across the whole footprint

Outdoor festivals and off-grid sites need their own power plan — we supply generators and full power distribution, sized to run the stage, vendors, and site infrastructure for the full length of the event, not just soundcheck.

And from load-in to the final encore, one production team covers sound, lighting, staging, and power — rather than juggling separate vendors who don’t talk to each other on site.
