LED Wall & Video Wall Rental in Vancouver & the Lower Mainland

A rented LED wall that shows up on a truck and gets left in the corner is a liability, not a centrepiece — wrong size for the room, panels that don’t line up, content that doesn’t map to the canvas, and no one on site when a tile drops out mid-show. Valley Tech designs, delivers, rigs, and runs LED video walls for events across the Lower Mainland, so the screen is the thing people remember for the right reasons.

01 — Designed for the room

A wall sized and built for your venue, not a stock rectangle

An LED wall that looks incredible in a dark ballroom can wash out in an outdoor daytime crowd, and a wall built for a keynote stage is the wrong shape for a festival backdrop. The size, resolution, and brightness all have to match the room and the sightlines — before anyone thinks about content.

We carry indoor and outdoor LED panels and the video-wall processing to drive them, so we scale the canvas to your stage and your audience. You get a clean, seamless wall configured for the venue — and content mapped to fit it, not stretched to cover it.

02 — Delivered, rigged & run

We build it, feed it, and a tech runs it live

The wall is only half the job. It has to be delivered and built — ground-stacked or flown from truss — then fed a clean signal, scaled, and switched, with content cued to the run-of-show. That’s where a drop-and-go rental leaves an event exposed.

Our crew handles the rigging, the signal path, and the content playback, and an operator stays on the wall through the show — so a source that fails over or a last-minute slide change is handled on site, not left for your team to troubleshoot from the floor.

03 — Every kind of event

Keynotes, stages, galas, and broadcast backdrops

An LED wall does different work at every event: image magnification and slides for conferences and meetings, a stage backdrop and IMAG for concerts and festivals, a feature wall for galas and special events, and a clean set backdrop for broadcast and streamed shows.

Because we produce all of those already, the wall is planned as part of the whole show — audio, lighting, staging, and the stream — rather than bolted on by a vendor who leaves once it powers up.

Common questions

LED wall rental, answered

How much does it cost to rent an LED wall?

Pricing depends on the wall size, indoor versus outdoor panels, how it’s rigged, and how many crew and show days you need — so we quote each event rather than list a flat day rate. Tell us your venue, your audience size, and what’s going on screen, and we’ll scope the right wall and the crew to run it.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor LED wall — which one do I need?

Indoor panels are built for controlled, lower-light rooms like ballrooms and conference stages; outdoor panels are brighter and weather-rated so the image holds up in daylight and open-air crowds. We carry both and match the brightness and pixel pitch to your room and your sightlines, so the wall reads clearly whether it’s a dark gala or a daytime festival.

Do you deliver, set up, and operate the wall, or is it drop-off only?

We deliver, rig it — ground-stacked or flown from truss — feed it a clean signal, and keep an operator on the wall through the show. If a source fails over or a slide changes at the last minute, our tech handles it on site, rather than leaving your team to troubleshoot it from the floor.

How far in advance should I book an LED wall?

The earlier the better, especially through peak event season and for larger walls, since the size, the processing, and the crew all get locked to your run-of-show. Reach out as soon as you have a venue and a date and we’ll reserve the right gear and plan the build around your timeline.

Do you serve venues across the Lower Mainland?

Yes. We’re based in Mission, BC and produce events across Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the wider Lower Mainland. Because we already run the audio, lighting, staging, and streaming for events in the region, the LED wall gets planned as part of the whole show rather than bolted on by an outside vendor.

What can I actually show on the wall?

Whatever your show needs — image magnification (IMAG) of the stage, slides and keynote graphics, live camera feeds, branded content, or a full stage backdrop. We map the content to fit the canvas exactly, so it isn’t stretched or letterboxed, and we cue it to your run-of-show.
