We do many private events throughout the year, here is a collection of pictures showcasing some of these events!

We provided Audio and Backline for the 2017 Roots n’ Blues Festival in Mission. Despite having some very bad weather, we had a great day with 4 great bands.

We are pleased to be providing audio for one of most popular outdoor concert series in the area! Voted one of the top parks in Canada, Rocky Point Park is a beautiful venue featuring many attractions, and of course free outdoor concerts every Sunday!

Here are a few pictures from some of the shows we have done this summer.

We were hired to provide full AV support for 2 stages, a magic show, flag plaza/speeches, dog show and loggers show. Our team of 6 techs handled this with no problem at all! Great to be part of the Canada 150 celebration!

Celebrating Mission’s 125th birthday at Fraser River Heritage Park

We brought in a couple small PA’s, one for speeches at the flag plaza, and another at the gazebo to support performances by the Central Fraser Valley Fiddlers and the Chilliwack Harmony Chorus.

ValleyTech was hired to do the complete production for the 2017 Folk Music Festival

We ran over 4000 feet of cable to power the entire festival, added area lighting and 50-100 amp distros around the park to power the stages, bistro and food trucks!

We provided sound and lighting for both the Baker stage, and Fraser stage. We also provided sound for the Ursa Minor stage.

Client: PRO-SPEC Production Services / John Deere

We where hired to provide site wide WiFi as well as wired internet to the main tradeshow tent as well as the tech tent. This event was held deep inside the UBC Research Forest in Maple Ridge, BC. Normal cell phones had little to no service, and no wired connections where available within kilometers. This was a very unique event for ValleyTech, this not only was a trade show for all of the big names in forestry equipment, it was also a live demonstration of said equipment.

Using propriatary software, we found that we could get line of site comunication with one of the cell phone towers downtown maple ridge. We set up a directional cellular antenna and using compass and gps coordinates where able to aim the antenna perfectly at the tower. This resulted in 87% signal strength and a 4G LTE connection. Using high quality outdoor networking equipment from Ubiquity, we where able to provide wifi service to the entire John Deere lot. These services where used for point of sales, and demo’ing of John Deeres latest connected technologies.
